Dissertation/Thesis Defense Announcement Submission

Fill out this webform with your Dissertation/Thesis Defense Announcement description and event details to be published on the campus Events Calendar and prepare your dissertation or thesis defense annoouncement. 

Instructions:

  1. Fill out this webform with your dissertation or thesis defense announcement description and event details.
  2. Use one of the templates to create your exam announcement flyer.
  3. Upload your completed flyer below where indicated.
  4. Optional: attach a photo to be posted on the Events Calendar announcement.

After we receive your announcement details and flyer, we will post to the Events Calendar website and will send out an email announcement to your graduate program one week prior to your defense date. (Please be sure to factor 2-3 days reciept confirmation time into your form submission.)
