Mechanical Engineering MS Plan II Course Requirement Submission

Please complete this webform to submit the three courses approved by your Graduate Faculty Advisor to be used to complete your MS (Plan II)  course requirements in Mechanical Engineering. Review your degree audit for any incomplete or missing requirements. Log on to MyDegreePath to view your Degree audit.

Instructions:

  1. Enter the three courses approved by your Graduate Faculty Advisor that complete your MS course requirments.
  2. Enter the Term each course was taken.
  3. Enter the Instructor Name for each course.
  4. Enter the Letter Grade received for each course.
  5. Attach your Graduate Faculty Advisor's email approval for the three courses to count as completing MS course requirement.
